Butt pads anyone?

I took a spinning class yesterday. Intro to spinning at that. Toni warned me not to do anything else but the class but NO, I had to walk for 45 minutes on the treadmill first then take the class. I had a good time during the class-though I can just imagine what the 25 of us looked like as we raced on these bright yellow bikes. The problem? I can barely sit. I would have thought the more cushion the better. During the class I actually looked forward to the uphill climbs that let us stand up and cycle. My legs are sore and I can handle that but I spent all day at work standing up because my backside hurts so much. I am laying on my stomach with my 6 month old right now because I can’t sit. I plan on bringing  an extra towel to sit on next time.

Im sorry but congratulations on making it through the spin class! Check with the gym some have extra pads for the seat and they also make biking shorts with pads in them. You might look like your wearing a diaper but hey they help!
